Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. How the subscription works

Readlush is a subscription service. Current plans and prices:

• Weekly VIP — $5.99 per week, after a 3-day free trial.
• Monthly VIP — $12.99 per month, after a 3-day free trial.
• Yearly VIP — $59.99 per year, after a 3-day free trial.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period and the payment method on file is charged the price shown above, until you cancel. The exact renewal date is always visible under Me.

2. How to cancel

You can cancel at any time, for any reason, in two ways:

• In the app: Me → Manage subscription. No phone calls, no retention offers, no hidden steps.
• By email: write to jimilin19951105@gmail.com from the address linked to your account.

Cancelling stops all future charges. You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for — we do not cut you off mid-period, and we do not refund the unused remainder of a period you cancelled part-way through.

3. Refunds

Because Readlush delivers digital content that you can read immediately, a charge is generally non-refundable once the billing period has started. That said, we would rather refund than argue:

• Within 7 days of a charge, if you have read fewer than 3 chapters in that period, email us and we will refund that charge in full.
• Accidental or duplicate charges are refunded in full, no questions asked.
• Charges after a failed cancellation are refunded in full if you contacted us before the renewal date.

We reply to billing requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

4. Please contact us before disputing a charge

If you ask your bank to reverse a charge (a chargeback) without contacting us first, it usually takes weeks and often ends with the account closed. Email us at jimilin19951105@gmail.com first — almost everything is resolved faster that way.

5. Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country of residence, including any statutory right of withdrawal that applies to you.
